SiteScan Web
A small problem in a computer or communications facility can quickly escalate into
a disaster - knowing what is happening with your power and cooling equipment so
you can keep that protective "envelope" at peak operating efficiency, is vital to
system reliability. SiteScan Web gives you the tools you need for full-scale monitoring
and control of these critical support systems. First, by providing the ability to
gather operating information from each piece of equipment and pull it together in
one central location - and then by giving you a variety of ways to do it.
Real-Time Monitoring and Control
With SiteScan Web you can get a real-time status "snapshot". It allows not only
access to current data - but to interact with graphic programming logic in real-time
for full control functionality.
Alarm/Event Management
SiteScan Web will show you exactly where the problem is - not some cryptic message
that will leave you guessing. Events and alarms associated with a specific system,
area or equipment selected in the navigation tree are displayed.
Data Analysis and Trend Reporting
In SiteScan Web, get powerful tools to analyze data and use it to prevent specific
problems from occurring again. Viewing trends by either a timed interval, or a "change
of value" increment. Trend data can be graphed instantaneously with multiple data
points from any SiteScan Web monitored equipment.
Building Management Interoperability
SiteScan Web also allows you to interface to more than one building management system
(BMS) at the same time. SiteLink hardware is designed to concurrently communicate
to SiteScan Web as well as a BMS using Modbus or BACnet. In addition, the entire
architecture is designed to support more than one BMS front-end system that uses
BACnet over IP.
