The highly-trained technicians in DPAIR's Commercial HVAC division have decades
of experience in designing, installing and maintaining systems for small to large
businesses throughout the country including:
- Installing and maintaining multiple air-cooled package units, water-cooled heat
pumps or a large central chiller plant installation
- Servicing all ancillary equipment such as boilers, cooling towers, hydronic pumping
systems, heat exchangers and air filters
- Cleaning supply and return air grills, providing complete air flow balancing, eliminating
hot spots, and repairing noisy supply registers
- Service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Environmental control is a critical component for proper operation of any data center.
Temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, and airflow must be within specifications.
Energy efficiency can only be achieved through proper design and application. Maintenance
considerations and safety while servicing the equipment are also important factors
in determining the design of the system. DPAIR reviews both your current and long
term needs in order to design a system that provides both energy efficiency and redundancy.
Our systems are designed so that there is no single point of failure.
DPAIR will also install this equipment to the manufacturers' specifications. This
includes refrigerant piping, condenser water piping, condensate drains and humidification
water supply systems. Once these systems are installed our factory certified and
trained technicians will provide factory certified startup of all equipment. We
also confirm that all of the support equipment operates per factory specifications.
