It takes an exceptional team member to work in critical environments, but it’s even harder to find resources during these times. In April, we interviewed a young gentleman straight out of school with no experience, but he was eager to learn, so we offered him a job. Cesar, aka “The Baby Molina,” has exceeded our expectations. It isn’t easy to be adopted by our technicians when you are the new kid on the block, but because Cesar has dedicated himself to working hard and learning the job, he has been accepted into the fold!

“The Baby” has taught us that if you listen and do your work, you can learn a lot in a short time. Cesar has worked on RTU’s, Vertiv DSE, Vertiv DS, Liebert System3, Data Aire, and Stulz. “The Baby” has a lot to learn, but he has the drive and dedication to provide our customers with the expected DP Air Service! We are waiting for “Baby Molina” to turn of age so we can take him out and celebrate him for a job well done and encourage him to keep up the good work!
